Venture information included with membership
Club ($10/month), Business ($20/month) and Business Plus ($50/month) include access to available project briefs, budgets, risks, scheduled presentations and Q&A sessions. Reports are provided for projects members participate in, when available. Venture Studio remains in development; subscribing does not create an investment or guarantee that a project will become available.
Business members may submit a proposal for consideration. Business Plus adds one scheduled proposal review per quarter while subscribed, covering budget and presentation feedback. Submission or review does not guarantee funding. Member information, invitations and reports are delivered through member communications.

Membership fees are separate from any future investment contribution, proposed 5% project fee and documented third-party transfer or processing costs. Each future project must disclose who pays those fees and how they are collected before participation. There is no automatic reinvestment.

A clear start. A clear finish.
The proposed model uses a maximum 90-day project investment term, with the fundraising period preceding the operating cycle. Individual projects may have shorter terms. Each future offering would identify its dates and a procedure for settlement, delays or losses.
- Review: MyUSMerch screens the business plan, operator, budget and proposed risks.
- Project launch: Once legally authorized, eligible participants may review project-specific information and applicable terms.
- Execution: The designated operator manages the project while performance is tracked and reported.
- Closeout: Sales, expenses and any profit or loss are reconciled. Distributions, if any, follow the binding agreements.
A 90-day maturity does not guarantee profits, liquidity or repayment; some projects may experience delays or losses.
Transparent fees and clearly disclosed risk
Proposed platform fee: 5% of successfully invested capital, plus actual documented third-party payment, transfer and currency-conversion costs. The parties responsible for each charge and any additional operating or intermediary fees will be disclosed before participation. Final pricing and payment arrangements are subject to legal and operational review.
Project risk categories under consideration:
- Investor-risk projects: Investors bear the disclosed commercial risk and may lose some or all of their investment.
- Potential Machetoupatou-backed projects: Selected projects may eventually include a separately documented, financially supported principal-protection obligation. No such guarantee or insurance is currently offered here. Protection would apply only as expressly described in signed project documents.
Any future project will need clear disclosures of operational risks, operator responsibilities, financial projections, fees and the settlement process.
